From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the beautiful lighting reflecting off the eyewear displays—it immediately caught my attention and created a welcoming atmosphere. I was greeted right away by Heidi and Vanessa, who were both incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I came in not knowing exactly what I wanted, but they took the time to explain all of my options, along with the features and benefits of each, making the entire experience easy and enjoyable. I left feeling confident in my purchase and would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for outstanding customer service and exceptional eye care.

I have been going here for a few years. Dr. Bong is the new doctor at the clinic and he was fantastic! Super nice and professional. Afterwards Vanessa helped order my contacts and fit me for a pair of glasses. She made the whole process super easy. She was also helpful when it came to all the different options with glasses/lenses and seeing what my insurance covers, making sure that I got the best deal possible for me. Highly recommend this clinic, everyone that works there is fantastic.

Elizabeth provided exceptional customer service for my needs. I have a hard time finding frames that compliment my face; her knowledge and honest opinion helped me find great frames! I am so happy we chose Pearle Vision to get my Husband’s glasses. Elizabeth and Jack have been the best to work with. Elizabeth has helped us through making corrections when my Husband’s Rx was wrong and advising us on which frames would be best to hold his lenses. Without her extensive knowledge we would have chosen the wrong frames. Vanessa was great to work with! She approached me as soon as I walked in offering assistance. She was kind, knowledgeable and very professional. Clearly knew what she was doing and was very efficient. Was an absolute pleasure!

My aged auntie fell and severely messed up her glasses. I brought glasses in. They quickly straightened them out, put far better nose pads on them, and did a thorough cleaning. We had not bought them there. They were very kind, professional, and friendly. Will return!

This is a amazing place they are the only eye care place that I know that take Donated glasses and puts in new lenses that are customized for the person that needs them in 3rd world countries. They also do this for women shelters. I had the pleasure of working with miss Elizabeth Kelly today. She's the store manager and she was fantastic. She helped open my world up to a whole new range of glasses that I would never have considered without her. They have a very large Range of glasses to choose from. Not all their glasses are on the shelves some of them are kept in drawers that they pull out for you. We spent a little over an hour going over what glasses I felt comfortable with and making sure I got what I Worley wanted. She was patient with me the whole time and very helpful. She picked out glasses for me that she thought would look good and I ended up buying 2 pairs of glasses that she picked out. I had myself and my husband and my 3 children with me and they were very understanding of the children and their pent up energy. They made us feel very welcomed. The eye doctor was very good with both myself and my daughter. They are a well known eye care store for bein able to handle people with disabilities and give them the best care. Of course they work with clients without disabilities all the time to. This location is usually always packed because of how popular and how great their services.
