Pearle Vision Camp Hill

Since 2021 I been visiting pearl vision. I absolutely admire their customer service and quick process. Each customer is attended to individually with the outmost respect. Their patience with customer is outstanding. There selections are beautiful. I always recommend Pearl Vision to everyone.

My husband and I’s first time there and honestly we were a little skeptical but the receptionist was very pleasant and respectful! She explained everything in detail! Jill (the doctor) was very personal and very friendly! The person (don’t know his name) who we ordered glasses from was very friendly and helpful as well We will be back for sure

Fantastic customer service! I dropped in with glasses I didn't purchase here. The store manager, Nick, was absolutely wonderful. He adjusted them for me without any issue, and he was professional and personable. I'll definitely buy my next pair of glasses here!

Jill & Briana are more than helpful, they are interested in your success, and want the best for their patients. From customer service, hospitality, and knowledge, I left each time more than impressed. Thank you for Your patience with me. I can only imagine they go home feeling satisfied with their job, and feel great about all the people they help. It’s hard to find that type of care nowadays.

Easy to make an appointment, pre-exam procedures explained well, exam performed smoothly, and getting the glasses ordered is seamless. I highly recommend this Pearle Vision.

Very nice people working there. Didn’t feel charges were fully and properly explained. Even with the paperwork I was given I’m not coming up with the same numbers. A bit confusing as to what was 50% off, what wasn’t discounted, how much insurance paid, and why my bill was so enormous after supposed discounts and insurance. Just doesn’t add up. *****UPDATE!!! Since my first visit the Pearle employees, especially Nick, were able to help explain all the charges and after calling my healthcare company I realized THEY were the ones who described things incorrectly!! Pearle was spot on. Today I went to pick up my new glasses which are the best pair I’ve owned! Nick was so helpful and made calls to find when I would be receiving my new contact lenses. They helped me get in and out of the store as I have mobility issues. I’m very happy with them and will return. They deserve an update to a 5 star review!

I had great experience. Although I did not know the retinal screen/ picture was $39 extra out of my pocket, it was something good. It showed the glaucoma in my eyes that my regular optometrist i is watching. The gentlemen that helped me with my glasses was awesome. I only had a certain amount left with my insurance, he was very helpful of helping me keeping it close to that amount. Thank you. Looking forward to my new glasses

Dr. Miller is an excellent optometrist. She is very thorough and provides important updates and education regarding eye health. She is pleasant to talk with and I enjoy my yearly check ups with her.

I stopped in to get my glasses adjusted & Nick was happy to help me & was very professional & kind.

After having a terrible experience with Vision works, I called Pearle and spoke to a woman who was very helpful and knowledgeable. I went into the store (July 19, 2025) and everyone there was also very helpful and knowledgeable. My son needed his frames replaced but they were able to fix them rather than charging me for new frames. Super friendly and didn't like I was a bother to them. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
