The store is clean and bright with a large selection of stylish frames. The staff is friendly and attentive. Dr. Buraks is professional, patient focused and very thorough. Mojeh is patient, courteous and knowledgeable. She made the entire process run smoothly. Michael is a meticulous optician who was able to make my son his glasses quickly. We have always had a positive experience at Pearl Vision in Collegeville.

The team at Collegeville Pearle Vision was equally attentive, helpful and nice. My glasses broke and I came in for an eye exam to which they were very flexible and willing to adjust with my requests and questions and also were kind enough to put a temporary fix on my glasses! Much better than the duck tape I had wrapped around them!

The staff, in particular, Ben is so helpful when choosing new frames; he hasn't steered me wrong yet! Also, the owner is so friendly and so helpful. I've been getting my glasses from Pearle Vision in Collegeville, PA for years. My go to associate use to be Charlie but he is no longer with the company. When Charlie left, Brad replaced him and Brad is outstanding! Everyone is friendly and very professional and I could not be more pleased with the customer service I receive.

I recently went back to Pearle Vision in Collegeville, and I had a great experience. Dr. Burkas is wonderful! Kind, knowledgeable and efficient. They use technology that doesn’t require pupil dilation, which is a huge plus, and she did an excellent job explaining my vision changes and what to expect as I get older. Mojeh at the front is fabulous. So friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful. I usually don’t enjoy having help shopping for eyeglasses, but I’m so glad I ended up asking her to help me. Mojeh quickly found frames that suited me perfectly, and I truly appreciate her eye and taste. Ben was also great! Friendly, patient and very helpful when getting me checked out and explaining everything clearly. Overall, this was a smooth, comfortable and positive experience from start to finish. amazing and friendly service. came in with an old pair of Ray ban sunglasses with a broken lens, and the attendant Andy was able to quickly find me a new set of lenses and have the glasses fitted and adjusted in minutes.

Pearle Vision Collegeville give outstanding client centered care! The staff is eager to assist anyone who walks in through the doors appointment or not everyone is given attention and leaves satisfied. All the members of staff there are warm hearted, approachable, enthusiastic and knowledgeable about their products and services. I first went to this practice without an appointment because of eye pain and they went out of their way to squeeze me in and I was examined and treated, because of the way l was treated l registered as a client so l recently went back for an eye checkup and was seen by dr Medler who thoroughly explained everything, her explanation was simple yet she made me better understand a diagnosis l have had for more than three decades and she is the first dr to explain a problem l have tried to explain to many providers and never got a satisfactory response, she is competent, and funny too. Another person in this office is Mojeh who works in the front of the office she took her time to help me pick out frames, and was patient, furthermore she worked through various offers to get me the best deal.
