I went to my eye appointment for the first time in this location. The doctor was great and answered all my questions and Esme helped me choose my glasses, explained my benefits with my insurance and allowance for frames, also told me about the discount on second pair , I was explained what the best quality was compared to the standard quality. I was impressed with the simplified information with everything I needed to know before I purchased my glasses. I felt so comfortable ill be coming back for my second pair and next exam.

Three strikes and you’re out.
1. Went there for the second year in a row despite my wife picking up my last year’s glasses with a translucent glaze still on the lenses that I had to return for them to remove (conveniently for them, they blamed it on the manufacturer).
2. Was told when I checked in that my vision insurance covered a new pair of glasses every year…only to be told after I already took the eye exam that it only covered new lenses. Classic bait and switch.
3. Was then told the glasses they gave me a year ago were not progressives even though my prescription (which they themselves wrote) included it. This explains so much about the shortcomings of my vision this past year.
Needless to say, I’ll be buying glasses online and going elsewhere for my eye exams in the future. Trust them with your eyes at your own risk.
