Pearle Vision Plymouth Meeting

Had an awesome experience there! Front desk staff Kaysi and Deja were friendly and very helpful when it came to using multiple types of insurance for the exam, contacts, and glasses. The exam with Dr. Laporte was great as well- she was thorough and explained things well, and I felt comfortable asking her questions/talking about my concerns.

Received exceptional customer service and care from Kim and Abbi. Both were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Kim assisted me with choosing a pair of glasses that best fit me and provided her honest opinion. Abbi assisted me with check-in and answered my questions thoroughly.

I got the best exam for contacts and glasses, both reading and distance, from Dr. Mehta at Pearle Vision in Plymouth Meeting, just across from the Plymouth Meeting mall. Both pleasant and professional, Abby took care of forms and exam prices while Kim ordered my contacts and helped me pick out quality, reasonably priced frames and lenses. They offer single focus and progressive lenses for contacts and glasses. The exam was thorough, with retinal imaging, pressure tests, and the vision tests. Each step was explained along the way, and all my questions were answered. I was educated about how eyes change over time and didn’t feel rushed. They printed out my prescription for me as well. A1 service!

Dr. Mehta gave me a thorough exam. She recommended an OTC eye drop for my dry eyes that worked better than anything I had tried before. In addition, the entire office was totally customer focused. They were warm and welcoming and were very helpful when I was choosing new frames. I highly recommend this practice for your eye care needs!

Thrilled with my “5 Star Experience” at Pearle Vision in Plymouth Meeting. I had the pleasure of working directly with Kim (and some assistance from Jason, who is super-nice as well). Kim is absolutely delightful! She was very patient, thoughtful, helpful and honestly fun to work with. I noticed other customers engaging with her also had very pleasant experiences. Trying on glasses at this location was such a treat. There are tons of options and styles to fit any personality. I was extremely excited when I found a pair of women's Ray-Ban lightweight frames in rose gold! They just felt “like me”. This is also my first time wearing progressive lenses. Kim gave me a lesson on how best to get used to the transition and waited to make sure I was comfortable. Kim was very helpful in helping me select new lenses. She was very nice as well.

Entire staff was courteous and efficient. The eye exam by Dr. Mehta was thorough and she answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this customer focused practice.

I had a great experience recently with Pearle vision at Plymouth meeting! Everyone there was so helpful! I was getting “workspace” glasses-I proofread for a living, so very important that the prescription was done right, and it was! Pearle vision recommended “workspace”glasses for me years ago when they asked me what kind of work I do (I had never heard of them before)-I’ve had two pairs of them now from Pearle and they really help me with proofreading on screen and my desk!
