I had a wonderful experience at Pearle Vision! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. A special shoutout to Audriana, who fixed my sunglasses quickly and without any fuss — she was efficient, kind, and clearly knows her craft. It's rare to find service this smooth and stress-free these days. Highly recommend this team to anyone needing eyewear help!

I can not say enough nice things about this location! Michelle and her crew are honestly the sweetest people. Long story short, I went to a different location/different vendor to get a quick adjustment and they ended up melting the protective layers off of both of my lenses. When I brought it to their attention, they claimed that there were was nothing wrong. After some back and forth, they finally admitted there was something wrong and that they would take $50 off my next pair of glasses! That was it! No apology, no talk of replacing my lenses. I called Pearl Vision and talked to Michelle who originally helped me pick out my pair of glasses. She was upset on my behalf; she and her co workers made some calls and ended up getting me replacement lenses!! I have been going to this location for the last three years and everyone has been courteous, patient, and very knowledgeable when it comes to helping you get the perfect pair of glasses. Do yourself a favor and pay them a visit.

Amazing staff! Been coming here for 20 years! Lou always tightens up my sunglasses in a friendly, helpful way. Michelle just did something that I thought was impossible; lightening up a pair of sunglasses to a lighter shade. And Michelle’s daughter is the friendliest person in the world. Don’t go anywhere else and they all should get a raise. And no one suggested I say that. I’m can assure you!!

Warminster Store-Payne - I went in to have lenses put in a different frame because I broke them. I was immediately greeted by Adriana who took care of me. Twenty minutes later I was on my way home. The owner and the employees are the nicest people. They make you feel very comfortable. My wife, daughter and Mother-in-law also come to this store. I recommend this store to everyone I know that needs glasses, eye care and eye exams.

If you’re looking for a great optometrist, go see Dr. Vu! He made my recent eye exam such a breeze. He’s very easy to talk to and extremely thorough. I really appreciated how he explained each part of the exam, especially when it came to diagnosing the high pressure in my eyes. He didn't just give me a prescription; he actually explained the 'why' and the 'how' behind my treatment options. He also gave me some great advice on glasses and offered contact lens training without any pressure when I decided to wait on it. To top it off, the technicians at the store are fantastic—they are helpful, funny, cute, and clearly love their jobs. They made the whole atmosphere feel welcoming and bright. Five stars!

Have the misfortune of breaking my glasses while traveling out of state. I stopped into the Pearl Vision center on York Road in Warminster and was greeted by the kindest employees. Was not sure if they could help me because my glasses were many years old from pearl, but Michelle right away said of course, and started to work on them. Another employee named Lou was involved to because they were pretty beat up. They spent over 30 minutes working on my glasses, the kindest, most professional employees. They refused to take a tip from me or any cash for Service. They were both amazing. Thank you, Pearl Vision and Thank you soo much Lou and Michelle⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I went there today to inquire about ordering new contacts. I have been trying to find a good price for my daily disposables. They were very friendly and helpful. Once again, I can’t say enough about the staff the manager Michele goes over the top and beyond for her customers.
