Pearle Vision Rock Hill

First time at Pearl Vision and had a great experience. The staff was so helpful and sweet especially the young lady, sorry i didn't catch her name (short hair with glasses, so kind. Love my progressive glasses. I highly recommend Pearl Vision!!!

Such wonderful people at this pearl vision in rock hill. The screw on my glasses stripped and went to many other shops including Walmart and other optical places but this is the only place that had the drill to drill out the stripped screw and put a new one in under $20 bucks. Such nice people. Thank you

I had a wonderful experience with Dr John's and the staff in eye glass department where absolutely wonderful. I had a problem with my lenses sitting to low and the ladies spent time with me to get everything adjusted properly so they could order me new lenses. Thank you Jessica for your time and your willingness to help me see properly.

The customer service here was absolutely amazing. The ladies that helped my husband pick out his glasses were so friendly. They make you feel like family. One lady even played with my 4 year old and drew pictures with him. My husband told me the doctor was very nice and knowledgeable as well. We usually go to America’s Best for eye exams, however the customer service was always horrible. So glad my husband switched to Pearle Vision. He is very happy with the service he received.

Extremely pleased with my experience in the Rock Hill office. All the personnel were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The lady who did my paperwork took the time to work it up two ways to see how best to bill my insurance to save me money. I will definitely be using this office again and will recommend them to friends and family.

I went into the store the other day to see about purchasing some contacts. A very pleasant lady named Myrna helped me. She also kindly adjusted my glasses I hadn't even puchased there. Another nice lady gave me some trial lenses until mine arrive. I was very pleased with the service and my visit at Pearle.

I have been using this location for about 15 years when they were Eye Design. I have never met a more wonderful group of people in my life. They have wonderful prices, thier inventory of frames is terrific and well priced. They are always so kind regarding repairs and I have never been charged when I needed a repair. I usually can get my new glasses in 24 hours..or less I would never to anywhere else.

Melissa is the absolute best, always ready to help with anything I need, especially repairing my frames, which happens quite often! They meet my highest expectations and beyond. Definitely recommend them for their excellent customer service and quality products.

Everyone from making my appointment, to the eye exam, to the fitting of my new glasses, were professional , friendly, and caring. this was my first time using Pearle Vision for my eye care. I had been using another eye care company which had sold out to Pearle Vision, but they still had my info in the computer system. I asked to get the exact same style glasses, and the woman went back into the system to find not only the style, but size and shape so I didn't have to buy new clip on style sunglasses ! In one week, I had my new glasses, the minute I put them on, I was 100% happy. The fit was perfect, as was the prescription. I will be returning for my next eye wear needs !

They are fantastic! The staff is so sweet and will work with you to find something in your budget if needed. The doctor is amazing - he took the time to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions. I currently have COVID and my dog broke my glasses - they were able to help me over the phone and get new ones ordered for me! Cannot recommend them enough!
