Pearle Vision Rockwall

We left an eye center to try a new one, and are pleased to share we had a great experience at PearleVision in Rockwall. Cynthia was very kind and we were taken back quickly for our child's eye pre-test. Dr. Mary came back very shortly after to the exam room. She was extremely professional, explained things well, and was awesome with him during his eye exam. She also took time to answer all our questions. When we went to the vision center to check out frames, we were impressed by all of the team of ladies' level of customer service there. We were helped by Kim, and she went above and beyond to assist us and our kiddo. She made sure that he wasn't going to leave there without being provided a fix to his old broken frames to go home with while waiting on the new ones. That totally made ours and his day, and totally shows the level of care for the customer! Thank you so much PearleVision Team for providing such wonderful customer service!

Eye appointment was at 4, glasses were made on site and ready for us by 5:30. Great service and glad I didn't have to wait 3 weeks to receive them.

Lost my glasses, was in a pinch and Tasha and Leslie were nothing short of amazing!!!!! They worked with the team to get my lenses cut while in store so I could leave seeing again before they closed for the day! Customer Service is alive and I found it at Pearle Vision in Rockwall!!!!

Review is for the glasses store, not the optometrist. I've been coming here for years. The staff is super helpful and will take the time to help you find what you're looking for. They carry a variety at different price points and are an Oakley authorized dealer which makes it easy (if not cheap) to get oakley sunglasses frames with prescription lenses.

Amy is fantastic!!! We had such a great experience. They have an awesome selection of super cute frames and I love how they are laid out according to price. It only took 30 minutes for frames to be made! Amy took the time to look up my daughter's insurance and benefits even though we didn't have an appointment or anything. She even adjusted the glasses I had bought somewhere else and cleaned all of our glasses for us. Great prices, great service, great selection... I really don't know why I would go anywhere else!

Wonderful service! Leslie helped me tremendously with selection of prescription sunglasses. My aviator glasses fit well and oh my, the compliments. I also have a pair of white framed sunglasses and again, so many compliments received from virtual strangers! Thank you so much.

I wanted a second pair of glasses, and since I had already spent over $300 on my first pair I bought a Groupon for my second. Your experience will depend on who assists you. A sweet charming lady helped me. I couldn't have asked for better service. $35 on a full pair of glasses I couldn't believe it! No bells and whistles but still very nice.

I will never go anywhere else. I called them and the lady up front worked with me by calling my doctor and getting the prescription, finding the glasses I wanted, and started the process of creating my glasses. After getting there an hour later, she made me feel like I had just spent a million dollars on glasses, never tried to up sale me anything, and treated me like I had been going there for years. Great selection on frames with 1 hour in store lens crafting.

Have been getting my glasses here for years! The staff is amazing and the manager has always done her best to ensure any issue I've had was addressed. Plus they clean my nose piece and have replace them for me at no cost. I've gotten more compliments in my Tom Fords this past year thanks to Amy helping me get ou of my plain black frames.
