I had an excellent experience at this Pearle Vision Bulverde office. The service was outstanding—everyone in the office was friendly and welcoming. I appreciated that I didn’t have to wait long before being called in for my appointment. The Doctor Lorena Gonzalez took the time to explain everything in detail and was very patient, answering all my questions thoroughly. I also loved how easy it was to pick out my new glasses, and they had them ready for me to take home the same day within minutes. Highly recommend!

I had such a wonderful experience at Pearle Vision! The team took so much time helping me pick out my Silhouette frames and never once made me feel rushed. Meighan was incredibly knowledgeable about Silhouette frames and knew all the different combinations to help make them perfect for me! Josie was also so patient, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure I found the right pair. Everyone was so kind and professional throughout the entire process. I really appreciated the attention and care they gave me — customer service like that is hard to find these days. Highly recommend!

Dr. Elledge is thorough, incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to address and explain all of your concerns. While waiting, his entire staff helped me find the right style of glasses and were so supportive in the process. Overall so impressed with Pearce Vision and the services they provide! Let me tell you, I just picked up my prescription progressive transition glasses and when I tell you they got it right the first time, honey believe me I am so excited and pleased. I’ll shorten this post to: Excellent thorough service from beginning to end. Attentive* and they have longer hours compared to most for Your convenience. Dr. Well was very thorough , patient and explained everything very well during my examination. Gigi and the rest of the staff were friendly and provided great customer service! My glasses were ready in an hour which exceeded my expectations! Thank you ☺️

Repaired my glasses for free. My favorite glasses are an old pair of Ray-Bans I’ve worn for probably 10 years now. These glasses have become my identity. Needless to say, such an ancient style is no longer being made. So when they fell apart and I lost a screw, I was devastated. I wasted money trying to fix them myself, but Pearle Vision’s Gigi fixed and adjusted them at no charge. Their stellar service and generosity blew me away. When these things finally crumple into dust, I will absolutely buy all of my future glasses here.
