I came in to get my glasses side frames fixed due to a missing piece. Katie was able to immediately help me & get my glasses back to sitting correctly. She was an awesome help, I recommend her if you ever visit this store.

Came here for the first time and will say that this was the best experience I've had at an optometrist and shopping for glasses. Dr. Kim was absolutely wonderful, kind, and personable. The front desk was friendly and attentive. I worked with Katie after my eye exam to pick out some glasses. She was sweet, funny, and very helpful. There was even an incident, while I was there, where somebody came in and stole multiple glasses that were on display. But everyone there stayed extremely professional and handled the situation with ease. Highly recommend for eye exams and/or shopping for glasses!

Very nice collection and service. The staff is very helpful. Karen at Gilman, Issaquah location fixed my broken sunglasses (which I bought at some other shop) very efficiently, all free of charge! Thank you🙏

Crystal was amazing! I have never felt so welcomed in a business and as a minority that should hold more weight. She was attentive, patient and extremely friendly. My only regret is that I dont have another set of eyes to buy more pairs

Jer was such a great help dealing with my insurance and explained everything well. He helped me pick out some cool glasses too! Such a nice guy, everyone there was helpful.

I ordered two pairs of glasses from this Pearle, and I have to say, I was particularly impressed. I’ve used Pearle for many years, and have been satisfied, but this particular Pearle was exceptional. Karen was my customer support gal, and she was not only competent, but personable and caring. I highly recommend Karen. Also, the manager, Christal, makes the environment comfortable. I five star this store and would have given them ten if I could!!

The manager at the Issaquah location was really amazing. 👌 A perfect 10 in the best and most professional way possible. She knew her products, she knew her options frontwards and backwards. It really helps the customers ensure the best possible outcomes. I rate this location a 10/10! Exceedingly happy with the service rendered! Go there and see the manager! She'll ensure you're taken care of from start to finish.

Recently, I stopped in to see what could be done about my broken glasses from Pearle. I had no backup pair and really needed something to hold me over until I could get an eye exam. The team set me up with the floor model of the same frames, and Crystal spent a decent amount of time at the lens grinder to make my existing lenses fit. Given how thin the frames are and how thick my lenses are, that took a lot of patience and finesse. I REALLY appreciate her not giving up. Honestly, the lenses looked better than when I walked in after all of that! Been going here for a while now, and always had great care and customer service. Recent trip was above and beyond.
