My husband & I have been in the market for a shared eye doctor and couldn’t have been anymore pleased with our experience at Pearle Vision in LS. Dr. Michael Fleming has a very sweet, established and sincere presence. His clinic is very well-run while clearly busy and bustling. Greatly appreciate the effective & efficient care to our annual eye exam, and we look so forward to returning to upkeep our health!

I had a great experience at Pearle Vision. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. They took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and helped me find exactly what I needed without any pressure. Their professionalism and genuine care really stood out. I highly recommend Pearle Vision to anyone looking for excellent customer service.

First time at Pearlevision and highly recommend Matt I believe his name was. He was extremely helpful and provided us with 10/10 customer service. He was welcoming, kind, professional, patient and was more than willing to help us find the right glasses without any pressure. He worked hard at finding our insurance coverage info which we didn’t have on hand. Very great experience. Will be going to this location as a regular.

I stopped in today at the Lake Stevens location as I lost a nose pad on my glasses. I met with Matt and he was extremely helpful and replaced both nose pads right away. He was very professional and extremely gracious. There was no charge to do this. Matt is an awesome employee and is great serving customers. Thank you, Matt!

Amazing customer service! I had a routine appointment with Dr. Fleming, he was straight to the point and very quick while making sure all my questions were answered. While waiting for my prescription Caden helped me look around for a pair of glasses and offered to adjust them for me, and I was surprised by what a great selection of glasses they offered.

The customer service is amazing. Got 2 pair of glasses years ago. Very happy with them. Sat on my regular glasses last night and bent them so bad I couldn't wear them. Went in tonight to get them fixed and I think I came in after hours. I was ready to cry. Matt fixed them in a few minutes. I am so very grateful to him. Amazing customer service. Thank you!!

We had a great experience at Pearl Vision in Lake Stevens. Dr Fleming was very nice and did a very thorough exam. Matt helped us with frames and was very patient explaining all of our options. Appreciated that we weren’t rushed and had a lot of choices to make. Glad we came here and will return again.

I had new glasses that I received from another company and they just weren’t fitting right, distorting my vision and giving me headaches. I stopped in to see if they could help me adjust my frames. With two quick adjustments, they felt MUCH better. I was kind of shocked because I’m notoriously hard to fit, and on the second attempt it was essentially perfect. The staff here really knows what they are doing!

caden helped me with my glasses that have been hurting my left side of my head for so long. he was super kind, i had just finished working out so i was sweaty and embarrassed but he said it’s part of the job and didn’t mind. but at the end of the day when i took my glasses off, i noticed he also tightened the hinge so the temple wasnt loose. i didnt even ask him to do that but that was cute.

Been coming to pearle vision in Lake Steven's for 3 years now. I have always had a fantastic experience. And highly recommend checking them out. The staff are extremely personable and Dr. Fleming is fantastic.
