Valerie was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I was hoping to replace a pair of glasses that I purchased three years ago and loved, and Valerie went above and beyond to track down the exact frame and get it reordered with a new set of lenses. I was extremely happy because I had been wanting a new pair of the same glasses but wasn’t sure if it would even be possible. Valerie made the process easy and stress-free, answered all of my questions, and provided excellent customer service. I truly appreciate her dedication and expertise. Thank you, Valerie!

Dr. Shergiff’s staff is amazing. Yesterday, I came in for an eye exam and then to pick out new frames, and the entire experience was wonderful. The optometrist who completed my exam was absolutely fantastic. He was knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely hilarious. He made the appointment enjoyable and is exactly the kind of provider people need. Afterward, Ramona helped me choose my frames. This is usually my least favorite part of getting glasses, so I needed someone who would be honest, patient, and willing to help me work through the options. That is exactly what Ramona provided, and I am incredibly thankful for her help. I have consistently had a great experience at this Pearle Vision location, from the eye exams and frame selection to the assistance I have received with my glasses after pickup. The entire team provides excellent service.

I think I had more fun than I've ever had at any vision store at any time. They were so great and so professional. Nikoda helped me one-on-one and was just wonderful! She got my crazy sense of humor and was kind enough to play along, as did the other wonderful staff members. She was very patient with me and helped me to pick out just the right frames. I purchased two frames, one for regular use and one for daytime driving. I have nothing but great things to say about Pearle Vision and the absolutely wonderful staff who work there.

I am a returning customer. I went through another company for location purposes, in hopes of being convenient. Boy was I wrong. Pearl Vision has always had my best interests in mind and that means a lot to me. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be a customer for life.

Every time I come here all the associates are incredibly professional and helpful. Valerie in particular helped me recently and noticed an issue with my insurance coverage. She took the time to call them next business day and followed up with me. Taking care of me when I wasn’t present made me feel so valued as a person and not just a customer. Thank you Pearle Vision!

Valerie was outstanding in all aspects of customer service while helping my husband. She was informative and caring, so we felt comfortable making our selections.

My husband and kid have both gotten glasses here. Nikoda is the person who’s helped us she is very nice and extremely knowledgeable on all the things including the insurance stuff (which I am not). We will definitely be back!

Had an excellent experience! And Chauntay was FANTASTIC!! She was super helpful and helpful, repairing my eye glasses that I thought were done for. And she’ll make you laugh until your sides split!!

Nikoda has been amazing through this whole process. She even timed out her lunch breaks so she could accommodate my schedule.. Idk what you guys are paying her but give that girl a raise! But seriously Nikoda has the most genuine smile and an even better personality, you can tell she actually cares about giving her clients a great experience. Anyways ask for her when you arrive you won’t be disappointed.

I am very happy with the service I received at Pearl Vision in the South Hill mall. Cindi helped me select a frame. Dr Shergill did my eye exam. She doesn't rush the exam. When I picked up my glasses, Nikoda was very helpful and knowledgeable. She adjusted the frame and even replaced the nose pads on my old glasses. They take good care of their customers.
