Pearle Vision Tukwila

This was my first eye exam at Pearle Vision. From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcome. Dr. Jitodai is awesome, patient and explains everything thoroughly. The staff is awesome and very helpful!! I only wanted contacts and that’s what they ordered for me. I was not “forced” to order glasses and contacts. Going forward, I will use Pearle Vision for all of my eye care!!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Crowell. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was welcoming, professional, and attentive. Dr. Crowell took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the exam. The level of care, patience, and expertise truly stood out. It’s not often you find a doctor who combines skill with genuine kindness, but this office does exactly that. I’m grateful for the exceptional care and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trusted eye doctor.

My experiences here have been wonderful. I first visited here in year 2020. Customer service is excellent. Everyone is nice and greet you upon arrival/check in. Recently on 2/18/22, I had my yearly eye exam. My exam was seamless and pretty quick. They have the latest technology equipment. I was very impressed. My vision remained the same. I was assisted by another agent that provided me a 20% discount if I purchased a year of eye contacts. At eh point of check out, I paid $25 deductible and the total for my eye contacts totaled about $88.00. What a steal of a deal!! =) I used to have my eye exams over at the South Hill Mall location. And I recall spending $200 some for the same service and a year worth of eye contacts. What a huge difference! I continue to return here yearly.

Walked in for a frame adjustment and they were able to help me right away. Ceci was wonderful to work with and a true artist, working my frames with precision and explaining everything along the way. The space was clean and quiet and pleasant. Highly recommend.

The staff and manager at the pearl vision store in south center are amazing. Even though we are closer to another pearl vision I will drive the extra way just because of the wonderful staff and how well they treat myself and my husband

I've been a patient at this eye clinic for two years now, and I can confidently say it's one of the best experiences I've had. The front desk staff are exceptionally friendly and respectful, creating a welcoming atmosphere right from the start. The eye doctors I've consulted are truly impressive; they take the time to understand your needs and provide expert care. While there can be a bit of a wait—typical of many places these days—it's absolutely worth it. Plus, the spectacles I've received are spot on every time! I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of eye care. Enjoy your visit!

As always, a wonderful experience. Dr. Benjamin Crowell is great! He is patient, kind, and professional, yet very easy to talk to. He answers questions you may have and does so thoroughly. As long as he is there, and I am nearby, I will continue to see him as my primary eye care provider.

Dr. Crowell was very through in his exam. He was very aware of my vision needs now as well as in the next couple of years. He provided a very professional approach to informing me of my vision needs. I felt very comfortable and confident in his assessment of my needs. He was patient and provided ample time for me to share my concerns and he answered each concern.

Cece, Betty, Max, Barbara, Mary ----all very helpful. Very sweet and attentive. Staff is great, lenses are good quality. I'll only get prescription lenses from this store.
