Pearle Vision Hudson

There’s always a way to speak positively about a place, a business—and in this case, Pearle Vision. I’ve been to different Pearle Vision locations, but this one in particular captures the spirit of Hudson, WI: a warm welcome, smiles, and a feeling that I’ve been a customer my whole life—thanks to Shawna, Samantha, Andrew, and Li (though that might not be her exact name). I visited them because I had an “impossible mission,” and they accomplished it—they fixed a lens that I use and cherish very much. Until next time

I made eye appointments for me and my sister. My family always goes to Pearle Vision in Hudson, WI. and it was the first time for my sister. It has been a few years since I have been in for an eye exam and I was thrilled to see Dr. Renee Ritzer was still the Dr. She is so thorough, takes time to explain things, answers all of your questions, and is just an awesome Dr. All of the other girls there were exceptional as well. They were helpful in helping me choose frames, all were knowledgeable when I had questions, my sister was equally as pleased and said she will definitely come back. Thank you to all of you girls who assisted me and my sister. You are all awesome. It's customer service along with your knowledge that makes you our number 1.

I have used Pearl Vision in Hudson WI for many years and unfortunately due to insurance had to switch to other optical providers but in 2024 I was able to return to this vision provider, YEAH!!! The staff is always available, even on a walk-in basis to assist with questions or adjustments. My most recent experience involved several visits for an issue I was having and everyone who assisted me was patient and provided great customer service. They resolved my issue with 100% satisfaction. THANKS Pearl Vision Hudson, WI. I'll be back.

I ordered some contacts on Tuesday (06/17) and told them that I needed them before I went on vacation (leaving on 06/26). They ordered them Tuesday and they came today! 2 day turn around which is amazing. Thank you Pearle Vision!

I have been going to this Hudson Pearle Vision for years and I am never been dissatisfied. My perscription is always perfect (thank you Renee) and the technician who mills the lenses is on the premises, fantastic job! Goodbye eyestrain with each new pair - this Pearle Vision is the best!

Excellent customer service from Brenda and the rest of the team at the Hudson, WI location. I was treated with the utmost concern and care. I love my new glasses!! We have been using Pearle vision for many years and will continue to come back as long as their customer service remains top quality. Now both of my children wear glasses, but originally we went there for my son who has special needs and the entire staff has always been wonderful! They were always patient with him when he was younger and continue to humor him now. They make us feel welcome and well cared for. My only concern is that I wish they had a larger selection of men's glasses ( economical too!)

I love Pearle Vision in Hudson. I never have a bad experience and I especially love Donna and Diane. Todd is great and is always so patient in getting my lenses just right. It should be a hassle to have to pop into the vision store but I actually look forward to it. The staff here is second to none and the quality and selection of glasses is excellent too.

Pearle Vision is fantastic. Quick and friendly service. Jeff and Jacob were extremely helpful. Jacob even assisted in helping me pick out my new lenses. Very, very friendly service. I highly recommend choosing this location for your every day optical needs. Rather that being a repair, new glasses or contacts, or just a simple eye exam. Eye exams are fast and easy. Check in is simple. They’ll ask you a few questions about yourself. Birthday, previous medical conditions, eye conditions or surgery, etc. The staff is friendly and really wants to make your visit as positive as possible. I have been a customer at Pearle Vision for years. The service is always outstanding and they always have a wide variety of cute and sophisticated glasses to choose from. I had an especially pleasant experience with Donna. She went out of her way to help me with my eye appointment and after that helped me to find the best glasses. It was the best service i have had at pearle vision yet!
