I was told I was past the 30 days to have the lenses replaced, and only after I pointed out the sign on their counter that stared right at me and stated replacements for changed prescriptions up to 60 days did they order me my new lenses, but when I called 7 months later about the scratch insurance that I had paid extra for, I was told I could get new lenses only once.
