At check out I was told I owed $40 for the retinal exam. I told the guy I said NO to this service on the forms. He was waiting for the doctor to come up to discuss but he couldn't be found. So eventually I was told they wouldn't charge me for it. I had manufactured defects on both lens on my pair, but I waited until about 1 month past that according to Pearle's support team. Took them in and they agreed the lens were defective, a manufactures defect, and would not cover them, so I would have to buy new lens or more just to not be looking through defects all day long. Well, not thru ANY pearle vision location, not a dime. The defect did not start after the warranty, long before, but the cheap manager did not care, inspected them herself. Just a Number, Not a name.
