My elementary schooler needs new prescription this year. We saw a pair of glasses frames at Target and liked them very much. We decided to get new glasses there. Before that, I told Target that my insurance was through VSP, and they said it was OK (Target is not fully insured by VSP, only $70 is covered. I will omit it here. After that, we rushed to PearleVision Optical Store in La Jolla, 10 minutes before the store closed on Saturday night. We were very sorry because we didn't make an appointment. Tracy was there, very enthusiastic and didn't neglect us at all. She checked the insurance, while we looked the frames. and she also helped us order the frame which we wanted and make an appointment for glasses. Everything was very smooth. We only had a $10 deductible. At Target, we had to pay $145 for the same model. If you care about the time: the frames were delivered to the store in 2 days, and the glasses were about 2 weeks. She is very considerate. She gave us a detailed analysis and reply when I consulted about some uncovered items. She put the insurance benefits and doctor's prescriptions in a wooden box. Everything was prepared in order.
