8/31/2026 I stopped in to Pearle Vision for an appointment to recheck my prescription. Stephanie and Nanette were welcoming and checked my lenses etc. Dr. Lee is quite the professional and rechecked my eyes and sent me the updated prescription via email. This location is very convenient and the staff and doctor are quite knowledgeable, skilled and kind. Highly recommended Previous review While we made the trip to Sprouts and Wild Fork I decided to stop in and see about and eye exam at Pearle Vision. Stephanie and Nanette were so kind, professional and welcoming. They were able to check my insurance and get me in for a same day appointment. The office is very clean and organized and the staff so friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Carolina Lee is definitely highly skilled, professional, friendly and thorough. What an amazing person. I was so impressed by the time she spent with me explaining each facet of eye health and my specific eye prognosis relative to my prescription. I highly recommend Pearle Vision and thank Stephanie, Nanette and Dr. Lee for the outstanding customer service and attention to detail as well as customer satisfaction.

Nanette was fabulous! She helped me pick out the best frames suited for me and she did it all very kindly! Dr.Chen was also very welcoming helping me find my right prescription! Very easy going! I call almost everyday to check when my glasses will be completed and Nanette answers the phone with such a great attitude!

We had such a wonderful experience here! Nanette was lovely. She was patient, kind, and informative. The whole office was welcoming and accommodating to our whole family, including our two young children who were doing their first eye exam. Our 5 and 3 year old were nervous but by the end of their appt, they left with a smile on her face and were excited to get their glasses! On top of it all, the glasses came in quickly and the quality is incredible. I can’t recommend enough.

Nanette was great, very friendly and was able to help me fix my Prada sunglasses. She was very knowledgeable with the different glasses and I highly recommend!

Great experience as a new patient! Easy appointment reservations online. Location had a lot of parking, and was easy to find. There was a large selection of glasses to choose from with various price points. Stephanie and Nanette are awesome! They were both so friendly and patient from check-in, eye tests, advice on selecting glasses, and answering all my questions. So happy I found you guys! See you soon!

We drive 40 minutes to come to this specific Pearl vision for the last 4 years because they are phenomenal. The staff is helpful amazing and wonderful to work with! And every Dr there have been so explanatory with the eyes and the education that surrounds! I highly recommend using them! Plus Nanette’s smile is contagious!

This was our first time here. We just recently switched eye doctors and loved our experience today. Everyone was so nice! Nannette was helpful and made the whole process smooth. Dr. Chen is as very kind. We are happy to have this office so close to home.

Insider tip: They do take walk ins but for our big group an appointment in advance made it easy in and quick out. Pearle Vision in Mission Viejo is a fantastic choice for families in need of eye care. We recently brought our entire family of five in for eye exams and were thoroughly impressed. The staff was incredibly friendly and patient, especially with our youngest who was a bit nervous. They took the time to explain every step of the process, making him feel comfortable and relaxed. Even with a full house, the office felt organized and well-lit. I was impressed by the wide variety of frames available, from everyday glasses and name brand to stylish sunglasses. They also have cool new tech style frames that have Bluetooth for your phone and frames that transition to new colors! The fact that they accept insurance is a huge plus! While they are closed on Wednesdays, their availability during the rest of the week is convenient. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this optometry office to others.

I found my new Optometrist! I made an appointment to be seen by an Optometrist for an eye exam and order new glasses. It’s been over 5 years since my last visit. I love the location of Pearle Vision. Very convenient to where I live and shop. The exam was very thorough. Dr. Lee was very pleasant and I loved that I could inquire about Upneeq and Qlosi. I was able to try Upneeq and decided to purchase the drops. Nanette, was very good explaining my Vision Benefits and I was excited to know I was also able to buy Sunglasses at a discount. Customer service is phenomenal and the location is extremely clean with a nice selection of products! 100% Happy!
