He helped me with my prescription glasses and was incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and attentive throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, provided great insight, and made sure I felt confident with my choices. His customer service truly stood out and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for William if you visit Pearle Vision!

Had a great experience coming to this Pearle Vision in Seal Beach. The doctor was very informative and thorough with the whole examination process, explained and answered all my question in regards with my current eye health condition also the optician Will helped me choose a great selection on the frames I'm very satisfied with my visit would recommend to anyone it was a 10/10 experience! 🙂

I had the BEST eye appointment ever here! Dr. Choi was so kind, communicative, and thorough (yet efficient). She made specific observations about my eyes (things that no other optometrist had pointed out before), and she gave me a greater understanding of my visual health. My optician, Will, has also been so helpful (even after the appointment)! He always remembers my name, follows up with reminders, and helps find cost-effective options. The care here is so personalized!

We switched to Pearl Vision about 2 years ago based on a friend’s recommendation and have been thrilled with everything from Dr. Lin to working with the opticians. Today we worked with Rita who helped us solve a problem with a specialty frame, select new frames, and order lenses. She helped with styling, options, working the insurance and so much more. She did all of this with incredible kindness and a high level of service. Plus, I love the number of frame options they consistently have making choosing frames easy for every member in my family.
