Before this I had no idea that frames had different sizes, or that we should be looking for specific frames to match their face. Once again this frame took over a month to come in. When I called two weeks after the purchase, I was told they would arrive by the end of the following week. Two weeks later I called again as I had not heard from them. Again I asked when they actually came in, because I never received a call that they were ready and was told \"they just came in\". After 9 weeks of working with Pearle to find a pair of glasses that my child liked, we are finally done and I am just glad to be finished with that place.
