Had a broken glass frame. They directed me to a jeweler who could solder them and then they made the final adjustments so they sat on my face properly. Helpful. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Will return for next pair of glasses.

I just relocated to Broomfield from the Northeast. A screw in my prescription eyeglasses popped out. Facing me was a Pearl Vision on Route 7/Baseline in Erie near Kings Sooper. I walked into the store and explained my situation. The staff could not be nicer. There was an optometrist on duty and he graciously said he would look for a screw. The type of screw was an unusual size. The Optometrist looked hard and found one. He was able to adhere it to my custom Eyeglasses. When I went to pay he said no charge, on the house. What a nice welcome for me to Colorado. If I or my husband have any eyeglass needs, Pearl Vision at this location will definitely be my first stop. Ronnie S.
