Pearle Vision Longmont

I had ignored Pearle Vision for years, thinking it was lower end. But last week I did go to the Longmont Colorado store, and it was a very pleasant surprise. Greg took care of my needs at least as well as anyone in those expensive optical boutiques I had been buying from for years. Greg was totally knowledgeable, friendly, and expert. He and his colleague Jason were as good and as caring as you'd ever want, their selection was extensive with almost all of the top brands, and their pricing and services were very welcome. Yes -- I highly recommend this store and these 2 gentlemen.

Everyone at Peale Vision Longmont is very very helpful. However, I would give Jason 100 stars if I could. My spouse broke their very expensive prescription sunglasses. I went to the store, and they were able to repair them quickly and without fuss. Thank you again, and you deserve the world.

Customer service is golden here. From the kind man who took my call on the phone, to Anayah, to my optometrist, Mike! I specifically want to shout out Mike...wow. He went above and beyond connecting with my husband and I, he was extremely helpful and his heart is absolutely genuine. We were having a rough start to our morning and Mike single-handedly uplifted our spirits and reminded us that there ARE some really amazing people in this world. Thank you, Mike!!! You deserve a raise and all of the recognition!💛

I just have to say how wonderful Sarah is. I keep coming back because she makes the experience so wonderful. Her expertise, patience, connecting with customers and sense of humor really are a million steps above other places. Her coworkers as well are really kind and helpful. Visiting from Texas and broke my NEW glasses. Sarah and Dr. Chaney were so helpful and fixed my glasses and recommended a short term replacement for my two week trip. I very much appreciate the kindness and help. Highly recommend everyone was SO nice!!

I have nothing but GREAT THINGS to say about Dr. Delatte and the staff here. I am going into the Peace Corps in less than a week and have been trying to get the right prescription since May- and it is February, which is extremely stressful. I came in urgently needing help and I was able to get an appointment quickly with everyone at this office being so kind, helpful, and very understanding. Both on the phone and in person. Dr. Delatte was so interested in my case and trying to solve the mystery of my sensitive eyes and past prescription errors. He checked and ensured that the new prescription was correct multiple times and it finally is! I am so grateful and he deserves all the accreditation. Highly satisfied with my experience here! A+++

I REALLY enjoyed coming to this location and will definitely be back for more services as needed and I live in Arvada! Jason was the individual that made it such a wonderful experience and very helpful as well as kind and supportive. He’s the man to go to for your eye glasses needs!

My daughter spent 8 months working with eye doctors over in Grand Junction to get a prescription that would work. No one could figure out the correct pone, however. She would always be dizzy from them. And then she was down to having one week to figure things out before moving to Panama for the Peace Corps. Dr. Delatte went way above and beyond during his appointment with her, running more eye tests than I’ve seen in my life. At the end, he said, “I guarantee you this is the correct prescription.” Well, a month and half later, she is thriving in Panama, and he was completely correct. I couldn’t be more grateful for his dedication to getting her prescription correct. We will definitely be returning to him and Pearl Vision when she returns.

This was my first visit to Pearle Vision. I was highly impressed with the staff and doctor. Sarah in particular was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to find my same frame that I love. Her suggestions and honest opinion about frames and options was appreciated. I’d return to this location to get my next pair of glasses again without hesitation.
