As a person having to wear glasses for the first time, the professional and courteous sales person took time with me to help select a pair of glasses that look good on me, as well as explain the options available. No complaint about this person. However, after 1 year and 4 months, due to a manufacturing defect, the glasses fell apart. I asked if they would fix the glasses and I was quoted $100 because it was 4 months after warranty. Simply put, the quality of the frames they sell are garbage and that is likely why they won't warranty it for more than 1 year or fix something that broke due to manufacturer defect. My glasses just slid off of my face while I was driving. As a new customer and a person new to wearing glasses, it would have been in their best interest to just have the glasses fixed for me and take the issue up with their manufacturer. Considering their mark-ups, it makes no sense to lose a new customer over an issue like this.
