The last time I was there I had a really bad experience. Fortunately for both me and the business the owner found out and personally called me, listened to what I had to say and genuinely was apologetic. I planned on getting prescription sunglasses and was going to take my business elsewhere. The owner offered me a large discount as a way to make things right. I picked up my new glasses today and everyone was wonderful without knowing I had a problem in the past. After I paid without asking for any discount I asked if the owner was in. He came out and treated me like I was family and asked if I was ready for my discount. I told him it wasn’t needed. He had already earned my families business back by being understanding, and apologetic. He also let me know the person I had an issue with is no longer employed by them.
