Pearle Vision Clearwater

The previous day I had a terrible experience at a competitor business nearby causing me to walk out. I went online to this Pearle Vision location and was able to get an appointment at 9am the next morning. I can’t say enough, good things about my experience . From the front desk to the doctor to the checkout process. The front desk greeted me warmly and reviewed my insurance benefits. I have 2 different plans and she was very patient and explained my options to me. Dr Theodore was amazing! She spent a good amount of time with me and explained everything thoroughly. She answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. I felt like I had known her forever. Checkout was easy also. I didn’t have time to shop for glasses right then. No pressure. I received my prescription and was on my way. I will definitely recommend this vision center and Dr Theodore to everyone!

Dr. Allison Dickson is hands‑down the best eye doctor I’ve ever seen. I’ve worn progressive lenses before, but I could never see anything up close – I was constantly taking my glasses off just to read my phone or do close work. After my exam with her, she figured out exactly what was wrong with my previous setup and dialed in a prescription that actually works for my everyday life. For the first time in forever, I can see clearly at distance and up close without taking my glasses off, and it is honestly life‑changing. She is incredibly kind, patient, and thorough, takes the time to explain everything in plain language, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Dickson – she’s a lovely human being and a top‑notch optometrist.

I had my first appointment with the Clearwater Pearle Vision team yesterday and they were outstanding! I found Dr. Dickson and her team to be very talented, friendly, courteous, professional, super efficient, and went above and beyond in servicing my eye care needs. They are also just great people and easy to interact with! I was very impressed and recommend them highly!!

First time I have been to an eye exam appointment in 2-3 years, and this was the best experience I have ever had. From the very welcoming tech Kyana, amazing eye doctor Dr. Dickson, and very knowledgeable sales guy Collin. Dr Allison Dickson was great and even informed me of a service that I didn't know existed, like eyelid cleaning, which helped right away reduce inflammation on my eyelid and helped me see better. The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable and I am awaiting my new pair of glasses. I recommend this office for their professionalism and expertise :)

The level of care provided by Dr. Dickson was absolutely amazing. She took the time to walk through every possible scenario with me to truly find the perfect prescription something that my previous eye doctors had not been able to do. She was extremely professional and very thorough in her explanations of her treatment plan for me. Highly recommend this practice.

Hi I was seen on time. Very friendly staff. Kyanna was fantastic. The Dr was very friendly and easy to speak with. She explain things to me in detail. Please check them out you will be glad you did.

Very kind and helpful staff. The dr was amazing. I really didn’t have money to dilated. I didn’t feel shamed into. The dr looked with another instrument. All looked good so it wasn’t to much of a deal not doing that. She actually talked to me about what she seen and thought.. I was very happy. The frames are costly. The sales lady was very helpful. She found me many affordable frames. She showed a lot of patience.

Wonderful experience, doctor, and staff. I have been coming here for three years and it is always a quick and easy visit. The staff is very helpful with orders and possible rebates as well.
