I came on time for my appt this year and the lady at the front desk was telling me that my insurance is not covering eye exams this time around. I asked her if I could call my insurance quickly to see what’s going on (because they didn’t do this and they should have). She said that I could but I would miss my appointment. I asked why they didn’t call and tell me this ahead of time and she said that they did. I listened to the voicemail and checked the messages I received from them, none of which were calling me to let me know this. They were all automated reminders for my appt. I have the voicemail and messages saved and went back to check and I never got a phone call about this. Meanwhile I took off work for this appointment. I called my insurance and had the hiccup cleared within 5 minutes. When we called to get our prescriptions emailed, she refused to confirm the email, which delayed everything by two days. Our info is also always entered wrong, making each visit a hassle. After two bad experiences, we’ve decided not to return. I wouldn’t recommend this location.
