She replied, “Go to the doctor.” I asked again if she could help, and she said, “You go to the doctor, obviously.”\nIn the end, she was able to print my prescription right from her computer — something that took less than three minutes of her time. First I was not able to see very well, went one time and got another pair of lenses that were dark something I did not asked. I was just told my eyes needed to get used to the new lenses, which I never did.Then my glasses fell on ceramic floor, which has happened with old pairs that I bought in other places, but this time some scratches came, the lady who spoke to me said I can't do anything but to buy new lenses. I told her I always pay for anti-scratches and first time in 39 years that my glasses get scratched like this, meaning they are bad quality lenses and she just repeated either you buy them again or stay with them. Bad customer service from the lady and no help and even with the insurance I paid alot adding stuff my insurance did not cover 100%. I paid for their most expensive multifocal lenses, and they messed up the prescription twice, making me wait three months total. The final pair was still uncomfortable, and their excuse? “Your eyes will adjust.”\n\nA few months later, the lenses were covered in scratches — despite me cleaning them only with water and a $25 microfiber cloth. When I asked for help, they demanded $650 (half the lens cost) to replace defective lenses still under warranty.\n\nOther stores, like Warby Parker, replaced scratched lenses for free or at half price — no hassle. But here, the staff was rude, evasive, and unprofessional. No straight answers, just waiting for “the boss.”\n\nAvoid this place. I left feeling scammed and ripped off.
