I told her I always pay for anti-scratches and first time in 39 years that my glasses get scratched like this, meaning they are bad quality lenses and she just repeated either you buy them again or stay with them. Bad customer service from the lady and no help and even with the insurance I paid alot adding stuff my insurance did not cover 100%.
