From the moment I stepped into the building everyone was so very kind and welcoming. From the actual eye exam to choosing my lenses and frames. They helped me choose the best fit for my budget while also helping me choose the kind of lenses I wanted. As for the frames, I am very picky mostly because I don’t like making decisions until I am absolutely positive I won’t regret my choice. Not only was that met with grace and patience but she was there the entire step of the way. Personally I always need a second opinion and every time I was met with exactly that. No phony “yeah they look nice” when we both knew they didn’t. She was honest about her opinion and after searching high and low we found the perfect pair and I honestly couldn’t be happier. I received them today and I have to say I am still very much in love with them as I was about a week ago. Overall my experience was smooth and fast. I wasn’t left with any questions and I felt satisfied leaving my visit for both the eye exam and for the pick up. :)

I stopped in last minute, without an appointment to get an eye exam and pick out some new prescription glasses. Everyone was very friendly and efficient and several days after picking out my glasses they were delivered and a perfect fit. I would highly recommend them!

They don't honor the guarantee, of return with no explanation, it takes 3 weeks to get the eye ware. if the manager isn't there the assistant tells you to come back later for everything, adjustments, questions, returns etc. the hours are 9 am till 6 pm.the manager is rarely there and the assistant can't help with anything.

The nose part of the eye glasses fell off and I needed to get it fixed. Walked in, and Martha was kind enough to fix it for me. She did it in less than 5 min and my glasses felt brand new. 5 stars. Thank you Martha!

Very nice the glasses are expensive but they are still pretty good
