Once he gave me the new contacts it was a perfect balance so customer service is top notch here and I would definitely recommend.\n\nMy lesson learned here is I would never use a place again that is using a temporary optometrist which was the situation the first time. And I would give them a five-star rating except for the fact that they charge 3% for the use of credit cards and again I'm totally against that. It's a cost of doing business and it should never be passed on to the customer.\n\nThey must have been having a bad day but before they attended me, they had to refund another customer's money. I only mention that because they overcharged me $59 and had to refund me the money. And I just realized they kept my receipt for the initial $59. I told them i was only there for contacts but they still tried to sell me on new glasses so I had to reiterate I was only there for contacts. There was an apparent breakdown in communications. Then the doctor fitted me with contacts after my test and I told her I couldn't see the eye chart clearly and she see it would take 1 to 2 weeks for my eyes to adjust. I could see anything about a foot in front of me but but beyond that was blurry. I drove home and I couldn't clearly see car license plates unless I was right up to the car in a red light. Not good. Right now, I'm very doubtful my distant vision will improve. I'm hoping I'm wrong because I already paid for the contacts. Also, they charge a 3% fee if you use a credit card which really irked me. I'm a business owner too and would never think of doing this to my customers. It's a cost of doing business. Other than that, Joshua, who attended me and did some vision tests before I saw the doctor was very sweet. I walked in feeling warm and good about picking Pearle Vision but left regretting my decision.
