I chose this location over more budget-friendly options, expecting a higher level of service and I fully regret my decision.\n\nMy initial visit was on March 22nd, and as of today June 29th, my glasses are still not right. Aside from the optometrist and Danielle, I felt that no one else truly listened to my concerns. Instead of solutions, I was met with excuses, talk of surgeries, timelines and a clear lack of patience when I tried to express my issues.\n\nMaybe the don't consider my concerns legitimate, but this is my vision we're talking about - something that directly affects my daily life. So now, I am left with two pairs of glasses that cost me well over $700, that I'll likely never wear because I do not feel they are safe to do so. Not only was my prescription mixed up (which was blamed on the lab), but on the second try, the lenses were mismatched—one frame meant to be progressive came back as single vision and the single vision frame came back as progressive. To make matters worse, one of the frames is visibly bent, causing the lenses to sit at an angle. When I brought this up, it was casually dismissed with, “some manufacturers make them that way.”\n\nI've been wearing glasses for over 30 years, so I know when something doesn’t feel right. Unfortunately, my concerns were repeatedly dismissed throughout this process, and the overall experience has been incredibly frustrating. It’s disappointing to feel unheard, especially when it concerns something as important as my vision.
