I wanted to leave this review because I will genuinely be recommending this business to everyone I know. Every single employee, from the Market Manager all the way down to the medical assistant, was incredibly professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Mr. Jameezz especially went above and beyond to make sure I was finally able to get glasses again after almost three years without them. He was patient, professional, and truly cared about helping me every step of the way. Every visit I’ve had here has been a great experience, and every person I interacted with made me feel valued, heard, and taken care of. I honestly can’t thank this team enough for everything they’ve done for me and for making this process so smooth and reassuring. Businesses with employees like this are hard to find nowadays, and it absolutely deserves recognition.

The staff has been awesome during the whole experience. Richard was more than helpful, he made sure I was taken care of and that I got everything I needed. I will do my business with them from now on. I sent my husband to them after my experience. Richard was great with him as well.

The whole staff was absolutely amazing! Walked me through the aging changes of my eyesight. Spent sometime discussing The Word with the young man whi helped get my new glasses ordered. It was overall a great experience!

I had a very enjoyable visit to have my eyes checked . My wait time was very short, customer service was pleasant. Everyone explained things patiently so I could understand, and so helpful finding the perfect glasses! I would definitely recommend this office to my grown children and anyone looking for an eye doctor!

My first pair of prescription glasses. Greeted with a smile and the process after maintained a friendly and pleasant atmosphere even through a very busy day. Staff answered my questions and were helpful selecting my glasses. Can’t wait to get them, excited to read again. LOL

I would give them 10 stars if I could. I’m in tears, I have spent a decade, and over $10,000 trying to see between cataracts and macular degeneration. I have seen every optometrist in Bay County and several in South Walton County. Pearl Vision is heads above them all! I am even self-pay, and I was truly desperate. I wish Pearl Vision would’ve been my first visit instead of my last, but I am ever so thankful to the Lord in the team at Pearle vision center. This was my last visit to start being able to see. I will never leave this practice. The optometrist, I believe Dr. Bonji, she nailed my prescription exactly. She is quick, she is efficient,. Richard measured me for my glasses, and did a double measure to make sure we had the central vision right for my comfort. EREN and Tori hold everything together, as a team, they overcome the AI systems, they overcome the portals, and the text, and the automated messages. They rise above instead of blaming and putting blame on patients. EREN I handled the pick up of my glasses, and sitting right with her immediately she began to check that I could read and see very well. She even went a step further, Pearle vision has something that no other practice has in Bay County, Florida, or South Walton, they also will put your glasses on you and let you stand exactly where you need to be seeing at 2020 and I walked out of there knowing that I can see 20/25 with my glasses. Excellent quality! She made a couple of adjustments to make it more comfortable for me, she didn’t start adjusting them as they came out of the case, as I’ve had so many countless negative experiences. Typically people have thrown glasses at me, told me to give it two weeks when I even try to contact them back to let them know that I can’t see. Pearle vision is 100% invested in providing the best service they are able, and the best care. They are kind, forgiving, understanding of the situation that their patient is facing, please be patient with them as they do get extremely busy. But it’s worth it. Praise the Lord it is worth it.

Great staff! Very knowledgeable, they were helpful in every way and extremely friendly. The optometrist assistant was a delight, she made me laugh and feel at ease during my appointment. The guys working in the front were a hoot and helped me pick out a perfect pair of glasses without feeling rushed. Top notch customer service!

My wife and I each, had great experiences at Pearl Vision on PCB Hwy. Erin and Tory were AWESOME and Dr Holcomb was very personable and thorough.

From start to finish, each associate I interacted with was professional, attentive, and provided exceptional service. The technical, whose name I failed to get, did the initial tests, listened to my current issues, and assured me they would help solve my problems. The doctor took the time to listen to my eye issues and my desire to go back to contacts and only use my glasses as a backup. She did a thorough examination and fitted me with contacts on the spot. She made sure I could see clearly given my occupation. Richard Harris is the associate who helped coordinate my insurance benefits, pick out new frames, and finalize my visit. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable in helping me use my insurance for maximum coverage. Without hesitation, I would recommend this business for all one’s eye care needs.

I was very impressed with the current team at the Pearle Vision store, on Thursday October 30th, 2025. The optician Dr. Nguyen was very patient, caring thorough and polite, and appeared to be very knowledgeable. I was also very pleased with the kind personable service of the optical store assistant, a wonderful caring pleasant woman, who made me feel welcome. I am sorry but I do not currently remember her name but she was wonderful. I was also very impressed with the friendly and very knowledgeable service and assistance from the store Market Manager Jamezz McKinney, who helped me pick out new frames to go with my new prescription, and was able to advise me on what my insurance covered, so I could get an affordable co-price total for my lenses and frames. He was very personable and friendly. Overall, I had a great experience at this Pearle Vision store, located in Panama City Beach, Florida. This was a very much improved experience from the one I had last time, two years ago, in 2023, when I just felt ok about the service and was very displeased with the constant upsell push from staff and the very high pricing to get prescription lenses done, at that time. Now this year, 2025, I am very pleased with the competitive pricing and friendly and helpful staff of the store.
