I purchased a brand new pair of RayBans new meta AI glasses, fully decked out with transitions, prescription, adaptive lenses with authentic rayban lenses as well. I was sold a warranty for 39.00 at the time and I’m glad I bought it! Just 2 months later the glasses started having issues with the microphone to the point no one could hear me when talking and my videos had no audio. By this point I had actually forgotten I had even purchased the warranty so I basically had to live with these glasses for several months as just regular eyeglasses because that’s essentially all they were at that point. One day I had finally\nHad enough and decided to contact rayban to use the factory warranty, and it wasn’t until rayban asked me for my proof of purchase that I called this store to acquire it and I learned I DID in fact purchase the warranty. After a few phone calls and a physical drop in to the store to begin the process and pay the deductible I learned there was a problem. And that’s where this store managers customer service was absolutely on point. The original employee whom sold me the glasses and warranty sold me the wrong warranty. She sold me a the cheaper one that had a MICH cheaper deductible, and didn’t necessarily even cover my glasses. But that manager here being an absolute rock star decided to warranty my glasses anyways! With brand new lenses to boot! And my deductible was only 50.00 when in reality it should have been 125.00!\n\nNow I will say don’t go expecting this kind of service or trying to milk them for everything they got. Just know that the people\nWho run this store are human and they understand mistakes happen and they know how to do the right thing to put their customers before their profits and that is extremely rare in today’s society. I arrived 45 minutes early for the reason to pick a pair of glasses after working all day to save time after my appointment with the doctor I would be able to finish. I already having my glasses but surprising as I arrived. They have a front desk person did not even acknowledge me walking through the door. They also had three other people working. I could understand one lady had a client she could've looked up, acknowledged and said I'll be with you in a minute, but she did not not one person in that building even know that I was there so I took it upon myself to get a tray and pick out some glasses now after her finishing up with her client. I'm hearing the front desk lady and her talking about how she can approve on her skills working there I would suggest The front desk Lady do her own job by saying welcome. Someone will be with you in a moment. I've never entered a professional office and not be welcomed and be told somebody will be with me in a moment. Not one person said welcome will be with you in a moment did I say not one person they continue talking back-and-forth again, I personally got a tray myself and started picking on glasses then I saw a man sit down and I approached him and said I have an appointment. I know I'm early but gave him my name and he came back with paperwork that was like four years old when I called and made my appointment, I had already given them update information so I guess I wasn't even that important for them to even update the information that I had given them on the phone so you could see how discipline I was then as well\nI would've thought he would've asked me questions about glasses now not one person asked me about the glasses then someone came out and took me into the office now let's talk about the doctor. I had seen her a couple times when I went back there I had told her about my experience and how disappointed I was I was kinda I'm very disappointed on how she handled it. I would've thought she would've went out there and said something to her to make sure they make sure I got my glasses but when I did finish up with my appointment and went out there to pick which pair I wanted in my box, they had already put the glasses back on the shelf, and when I asked them where the glasses that I had in this box, they acted like they didn't know what I was talking. I would never return to this place nor would I ever see this doctor again so I'm professional in so many different ways.\nWhen the girl caught my information, she read the prescription and read my insurance information and yes, I only had a short amount of money to spend. I feel like that was an issue. Dr. Spelich looked well trained and had nice reviews. She met my expectations. Knowledgeable, friendly, a good doctor. The staff was also very nice and helpful. They told me that I may be eligible for contacts fully paid by my vision insurance which my last optometrist office did not mention and my prescription is essentially the same but she didn't do in a way like she was bashing my last office which I appreciated. And they were indeed covered by my insurance so it saved at least $600 which was awesome. Thank you all for my making my experience so good. I was traveling out-of-state and Pearle Vision contacted the local eye Doctor so they could treat the injury there, too.
