I went in to have my prescription reviewed after LensCrafters got it wrong three different times. During the exam, the doctor at Pearle Vision mentioned that the machine she was using was slow, and that if the prescription still wasn’t accurate, they had a better machine in another room and she would redo the full exam there.\n\nTo me, that raised a concern: if the machine being used wasn’t the best one available, it doesn’t make sense to order new lenses based on that prescription.
