The staff acted like they were doing me a favor just by checking inventory, completely ignoring the fact that I’ve been a paying customer for years. For a company that markets itself as “caring for your eyes,” they sure don’t seem to care about customer relationships or service consistency.\n\nBottom line: Pearle Vision used to stand for quality — now it’s just another chain that forgets who keeps the lights on. That was all easy enough. A couple months ago, my lenses started warping for some reason (avoid the VSP high index if you can!!) and I was able to file a claim and get new lenses for a small fee. Those lenses began warping about 7-8 weeks later, so I popped back in. Both times I worked with Ellie and she was professional, personable, and helpful. This second time (9/17/25), her manager stepped in to assist because they were so warped that I could hardly read, which is a problem because my job requires me to read and write all day, every day. He was able to find some lenses IN STORE that matched my prescription and get them installed while I waited.
