Pearle Vision Tampa

From Luke's warm greeting and excellent testing to the Doctor's professional evaluation and informative explanations, the visit was just what I wanted. But the "cherry on the top", so to speak, waste associates who helped me find my Eyewear. They were sincere and HONEST in what needed and what looked good on me.

My visit was great! I especially appreciated Luke’s fun vibe. He made the experience fun. The ladies who helped me pick frames were so good! Don’t remember names unfortunately. My doctor was great. Only complaint was doctor scolding employee for a computer situation. That should not have taken place in front of patient.

Visited Sat 6/27: I normally go to the Pearle Vision location in St. Pete, but since they were booked, I decided to cross the bridge and visit the South Tampa office—and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel welcome. The gentleman who checked me in (and also handled my initial eye exam and evaluation—I wish I could remember his name) was friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy. The optometrist was knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. He answered my questions, made the exam quick without ever feeling rushed… and I have to say, he has an impressive head of hair too! 😂 The woman who checked me out and ordered my contact lenses was equally kind and courteous, making the entire visit seamless from start to finish. It’s refreshing to experience such consistently great customer service from every person you interact with. I would absolutely return to this location and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly, professional eye care team.

Awesome experience. The girl that helped me was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The eye Dr was also great. I will never go to any other optical, not just because of their employees but because of their wonderful selection of frames. I expended a little more than I was planning but I am satisfied and happy about my new glasses.

I was really nervous coming in for my first vision-related issues but I had a phenomenal experience with everyone on the team. Luke hooked up the check-in and preliminary imaging and then Dr. Truong did the exam. It was really quick and easy and they took my insurance. Their selection was great but a bit in the pricey side. I had a blast picking out my frames and getting set up to see well again. Definitely recommend this location. At one point or another every single employee helped me out and they were all amazing. In and out and feeling more confident than ever!

I am extremely grateful to Lyna who was 1. Such a pleasure and 2. Willing to work with me on my budget with no judgement and nothing but kindness and understanding. She alone (plus they’re fast and efficient) is reason enough for me to continue returning. THANK YOU, LYNA!! You’re an MVP

Dr. Jones, Archie and Team are simply the best. I have been a patient for over 7 years and highly recommend Pearle Vision for all your eyecare and eyewear needs.

I’ve been at this office a couple of times now, but this last time I really appreciated Luke at the front desk and his customer service. He was welcoming, kind, and even took me back early with little wait time. I recently moved farther away to the St. Pete area, but will make the drive to continue coming to this location due to the positive experiences I’ve had here!

Archie is the best! I called to see if I would be able to pick up my contacts after close. Not only did he say yes, but he had my contacts and everything I asked for ready for me in a bag as soon as I got to the door! 10/10 Service. Thank-you!

Archie and RJ were phenomenal. Best place to come and get frames/ contacts. These two are extremely helpful and passionate in what they do. 10/10 !
