(Translated by Google) A terrible experience. I had an eye exam and, eight months later, ordered glasses with that prescription. From day one, my vision was terrible: everything was blurry, I couldn't read letters up close, at medium distances (like on a computer), or even the subtitles on TV.
When I went to complain, instead of checking the error, they told me the problem was my eyes, that it had been too long since the exam, that the doctor was "very good," and that supposedly my previous glasses had damaged my eyesight. Basically, they blamed me completely.
I went to another clinic with the prescription they had given me, and it turned out the prescription was wrong. Instead of admitting their mistake, they refused to repeat the exam without charging me again. They only gave me another pair of glasses "free through insurance" to appease me, but the prescription was still incorrect: they had given me a stronger prescription than necessary.
At the other clinic, they gave me a new exam, with an even slightly weaker prescription for near vision, and now I see perfectly. My eyes hadn't worsened; the problem was the incorrect prescription from the start.
Furthermore, they constantly contradicted themselves: first they told me the lenses covered by insurance were good quality, and then they said they were poor quality and not even the best. The quality of the lenses was very low.
In short, it was a complete disaster: incorrect prescription, zero accountability, and poor customer service. I do not recommend this optician. I am considering filing a formal complaint and, if necessary, seeking legal counsel.

Very bad experience. I had an eye exam done there, and eight months later I ordered glasses using that prescription. From day one, I couldn't see clearly: everything was blurry. I couldn't read up close, at intermediate distance (computer distance), or even TV subtitles.
When I went back to complain, instead of checking their mistake, they blamed my eyes. They said too much time had passed since the exam, that the doctor was "very good," and even claimed my previous glasses had damaged my vision. Basically, they blamed everything on me.
I went to another clinic with the prescription they gave me, and it turned out the measurement was wrong. They never wanted to repeat the eye exam unless I paid again. They only made me another pair of glasses “for free through the insurance” to calm me down, but the prescription was still incorrect—they had given me more power than I actually needed.
At the other clinic, they did a proper eye exam and gave me a slightly lower prescription for near vision, and now I see perfectly. My vision had not worsened; the problem was their incorrect prescription from the beginning.
They also constantly contradicted themselves: first they said the lenses covered by insurance were good quality, then later they said they were bad and not high quality. The lens quality was very poor.
Overall, a complete disaster: wrong prescription, no accountability, and poor customer service. I do not recommend this optical store. I am considering filing a formal complaint and, if necessary, seeking legal advice.
