Pearle Vision Tampa

I had an amazing experience at Pearle Vision thanks to Nichole, Tara, and Collin. They were incredibly caring, patient, and truly went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. I never felt rushed, and they made sure I fully understood everything. They even took the time to adjust my old glasses, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find such genuine customer service these days. This team truly cares about their customers, and it shows. Highly recommend!

Very accommodating and friendly individuals in this place. They were extremely efficient and willing to explain procedures and options. They patiently and warmly guided me through EVERYTHING! My review is slightly lenghty. I will preface that I moved to Zephyrhills in the last year and a half. I made the choice to find a local optometrist for convenience instead of driving all the way back to Tampa for Pearle Vision as I used to. Turns out convenience comes in many forms and it's not always about saving time. My experience with Pearle Vision was night and day in comparison to my new optometrist. From now on, I'll gladly drive all the way to Tampa from Zephyrhills just to go to Pearl Vision. Thank you to Manager Collin for helping me out too. He was polite, patient, knowledgeable, and kind. I appreciate all the help!

The staff there were welcoming when I arrived. The team was professional from the person who completed the pre-exam to the full exam with the doctor. The doctor listened to my concerns and I didn't feel rushed. The service was exceptional. Thank you to everyone!

New to the area. My son and I had a great experience at this optical! The staff was welcoming, patient, and super helpful throughout the whole visit. They made the eye exam easy and took the time to help us find the right frames. Highly recommend!

Great place! Dr Caboku was great at explaining everything and was right on time, never had an appt start on time with a Dr before! Nicole and Colin were a fantastic pair in the store front. They helped pick the right frame and was a great experience

Awesomeness Pearle Vision took care of all my needs and the wonderful assistant Nicole helped me pick out my first pair of glasses . She made it super easy and my experience the best ever . Thanks to her and I really appreciate them opening up on the last Sunday of the year !!!
