This store should be doing enough business to make improvements such as replace carpet with a durable vinyl plank, all chairs need to be replaced, the restroom issues need to be addressed, smell of sewage. There is another optometrist here, but I haven’t visited yet. I stopped in to ask some questions about getting a new pair of glasses, but Ethel was training Brenda at the front desk and she wasn’t very friendly. She made me feel like I was bothering her. They’ll allow anyone to call in and change your child’s prescription over the phone.\n\nIf you take your child there and order glasses, they’ll take 2-3 weeks to come in. But, once your glasses come in and before you can even get your child’s glasses checked, if someone else calls and says they’re related, Pearle Vision will order new prescription lenses for free based on the word of someone else’s prescription. They can even miraculously get the new lenses, which you never asked for or approved of, in stock in two days! They do all this without ever calling you, the paying customer who actually came into the store with your child and whom the on-site doctor actually examined, who that person calling is, whether you approve of Pearle Vision changing the prescription, or even letting you know after the fact it had been done.\n\nThat’s a handy little money and time saving tip if you’re the unscrupulous type.
