The young lady in the front was very friendly and had already confirmed our insurance before we even got there. The young man Brandon, who did the preliminary work up was extremely patient and kind. On top of that I was sent a text on Monday that my glasses are ready and available for pick up Tuesday-Saturday, went Tuesday they were closed for training, Wednesday also closed although it doesn't say that in the voicemail I received.
