But then one of the specialists—who I wouldn’t have even known to ask for—helped me find the perfect pair of frames. I couldn’t have been happier.\n\nWhat really impressed me was the level of care and attention, especially because I was going on a work trip the following week and desperately needed prescription glasses. She went out of her way to get my lenses—hard-to-find ones due to my astigmatism—from another location and had my glasses ready the day before my trip.
