However, the employee processed the warranty on the wrong pair. Now that my intended glasses are broken, I was informed that they are not covered. Instead of working toward a reasonable resolution, the employee has been extremely combative and dismissive throughout our interactions. 😠\n\nWhat made the situation even more upsetting was her insistence on telling me what I “meant” to purchase, rather than acknowledging the possibility of an error on their end. This lack of accountability and customer care felt both dishonest and misleading. 🤯\n\nCustomer service should prioritize listening to and supporting the customer, especially when documentation or communication may have been unclear. The front desk staff, Serena and Gabi, were incredibly welcoming, organized, and helpful with check-in and insurance questions. They made everything smooth and stress-free.\n\nSulema, the tech, was patient and kind, explaining each step of the testing so my daughter felt comfortable the whole time. Dr. Jang was a fantastic optometrist. Very thorough, professional, and great at answering our questions while making the exam easy to understand.\n\nThe entire visit was efficient and friendly, and the level of care really stood out.
