I would give zero stars if I could the lady that deals with the billing and insurance is very unprofessional we went with Eye Insurance but I was diagnosed with Glaucoma so they said eye insurance wouldn’t pay but medical insurance would. Unfortunately my medical card was at home so we paid out of pocket we paid 129.00 I called back the same day with the insurance information and was informed that they would only turn in 75.00 to the insurance company although I have a 10.00 copay to specialist. I still haven’t received any money back from pearl this has been 3 months ago. I went to another eye specialist and only has to pay 10.00 out of pocket.
