I called numerous times about my insurance as I hadn't used it for contacts or glasses and my appointment was coming up. I stressed that so much to whomever I spoke with about that. Each time myself and my husband were told EVERY TIME that the appointment didn't matter because the coverage was a calendar year. Fast forward a month later to my appointment. I talked to them the day before and of course, \"Oh no you've lost your insurance money because it's been over a year since you're appointment.\" Wonderful! Fantastic! In today's economy you just screwed me out of $100's. I need contacts. Can this be something they fix? No. They can't fix that. They can't say, oh I'm sorry, here it's fixed now. They don't care or are ignorant and have no clue what they're doing. When life was already hard your lack of care for your patients and knowledge are beyond damaging. When they ran my insurance (which no one even seemed to know what they were even doing) they said my insurance would only cover 6 months because of the certain contact it was. They said no problem though once you run out just come back and we can get you enough pairs until the next year. Fast forward to today and I go in to get another pair from them and they won’t give one to me. Not to mention they were not very nice about it. I will go else where for my yearly exam. Terrible customer service to tell your patient one thing and not follow through. We laughed the entire time and picked on Tecvin, who helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses, from the two options I had, you know, due to my big head.
