They have always been great until today. I called today for a scheduling issue and the young lady that answers phones. She needs a lesson on customer service. She didn’t want to listen to my concern but kept repeating the same thing over and over and by the end of the call I was ready to change Dr. Luckily I had my wife call back and the man that answered was great. He was understanding and he explained why the Dr was not going to be in tomorrow and he rescheduled us. After a terrible accident at home where she was accidentally hit in the eye with a gel blaster, I called Pearle Vision in a panic. They were getting ready to close in 30 minutes, but instead of turning us away, they told us to come immediately and that they would take care of her as soon as we arrived.\n\nWhen we got there, Dr. Amy Chiu jumped right into action. They examined her eye thoroughly and stayed well past closing time, probably two hours after they were supposed to leave just to make sure my daughter got the care she needed. They were calm, kind, and incredibly compassionate through what was a very scary situation.\n\nThe doctor went above and beyond in every possible way. She clearly explained everything, gave us the medication and care plan we needed, and saw my daughter every other day for over a month to make sure her eye was healing properly. She never rushed us, always made sure we understood what was happening, and truly cared about her recovery.\n\nAt one point, there was even an issue with one of her prescriptions the pharmacy and insurance were having trouble processing it. After already working late, the doctor took it upon herself to personally call the pharmacy and insurance company from home to make sure everything was resolved so we could get my daughter her medication. I was absolutely blown away.\n\nBecause of her quick action, dedication, and expert care, my daughter’s eye healed beautifully. I truly believe this doctor saved her vision.\n\nTo the entire team at Pearle Vision: thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness, compassion, and commitment to your patients. You turned a scary moment into a story of hope and healing.
