I only discovered this by accident after I returned my glasses to them because of the fit and went to Pearle Vision. Other reviewers have mentioned the condescending incompetence at the desk. You have no idea! Hire some people that know what they are doing! She won't be going back to this place, what a joke! Based on older reviews mentioning personality issues at the front desk it appears you don't intend on doing anything about it. Upon further inspection, realized they had ordered my prescription from 5 years ago... rather than the one I had just paid for an appointment for. So when I called to let them know they essentially blamed me. They told me they ordered my old prescription because I \"never told them I liked the ones I tried during my appointment\". I did. I told DR. WOMACK (great man!!) That I loved them and could finally see again. He said wonderful and told me to let the girls up front know if I wanted to order some so I did. Explain to me how that even makes sense... why in the world would I not want the brand new prescription I just paid for an appointment for? Why would I want a prescription that was 5 years old that I literally came into the office complaining that I could not see out of???\nThe women up front are basically incompetent at their jobs.... and then blame the customer for not doing their jobs correctly instead of just owning up to making a mistake, which I would respect far more.\nI wanted to leave a five star because I loved Dr Womack. However, the young girl up front being quite rude about getting me my PD is giving a two-star review. I understand that Georgia does not have to comply with the FTC however, the young woman informed me that as I had not purchased my glasses from them she could not give me my pupillary distance. Which I know to not be true as they gave me my PD the last time I was there they just told me they could not write it on my prescription but they could tell at least me. It was the condescending manner in which she told me she could not tell me that is giving the two-star review.
