It took 3 weeks to get my glasses. The prescription was wrong. I could only see close up but intermediate and distance were very blurry. I went back, had another exam and was told I was over corrected. I received a new prescription and waited another three weeks only the find the second pair were also bad. A third prescription was made. Three weeks later I picked up the third pair but discovered they did not send in my sun glasses saying they wanted to wait and see how I do with the third prescription. I tried it for a week. It’s still not working giving me headaches and dizziness. I went back and I didn’t see the doctor but a man helped me. He was nice but after I got home I realized that the things he said didn’t make sense like the actual prescription in my glasses wasn’t the same as the prescription the doctor wrote on the script. He told me it was normal to have the glasses different from the prescription. He also said it might be better to downgrade the coverage which didn’t make sense. I paid over $1000 on top of my insurance to get the best Veralux coverage. It is now more than 3 months since my first exam am I am at a loss on how to remedy this in a civil manner.
