I had a terrific experience at Pearle Vision in Roswell! From the moment I arrived, the office felt welcoming, comfortable, and well organized. Check-in and check-out were efficient and seamless, parking was easy, and there was very little downtime throughout my visit. The doctor was exceptional—knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely committed to providing personalized care. The staff was congenial, professional, and patient, taking the time to answer questions and ensure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I was also impressed by the extensive selection of frames, making it easy to find options that fit both my style and needs. What stood out most was the combination of expertise and patience demonstrated by everyone in the office. Their focus on helping patients see better and live better was evident in every interaction. It is clear that this team is dedicated to delivering exceptional eye care while creating a positive, patient-centered experience. Nice bright office. Rohit Chopra did a great job explaining everything. My family has a history of macular degeneration so I’m glad that have the latest tech to keep an eye on that for me! ❤️ I miss Dr Oifer but still a great place to go.

Netae provided an amazing experience while helping me find the perfect frames for my glasses. She was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain my options and go over exactly what my insurance covered. She made the entire process easy and enjoyable. I truly appreciate her outstanding customer service and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for help with their glasses.

Dr. Chopra was very detailed and answered all questions asked. I then had to pick my first pair of glasses ever. Netae was absolutely amazing! She made my first experience very seamless. She provided great detail and frames that would be a good fit for me.

I randomly visited the Pearle Vision on Alpharetta Hwy and Mansell on this past Friday visiting from Florida. I initially went in to get some glasses possibly fixed immediately the customer service was surprisingly exceptional and one of the female opticians Alvin something don’t remember the spelling (no business card available) was so helpful and delightful she’s the reason I came back the next day for the exam. She helped me select proper glasses for the shape of my face. I found two great pairs of Burberry frames. Dr. Jacob DeWeese was also fantastic, friendly, funny and helpful. Overall experience outstanding all the staff I encountered from the lady who conducted the testing before seeing the doctor was patient and professional and personable. I’m now a customer of Pearle Vision even if I have to drive up from Florida for my yearly exam. I can’t wait to get my prescription filled in new frames and I haven’t liked glasses in a long time. Thanks for a great experience in a time when customer service is lacking everywhere in every way.

Love Dr. Chopra. I have been with him and Pearle Vision of Roswell for many years now. I love his personal skills and professional knowledge. I never feel rushed with him and he will retake tests, if needed. The remaining staff are also extremely personable and knowledgeable, as well. I always have a good laugh with the staff, while also feel like I am getting the best professionals in the business. I highly recommend this Pearl Vision.
