This is my first eye exam and prescription so didn’t know where to begin. Autumn and Lauri were so friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable and detailed in helping understand and decide what is right for me. They were very patient with me too as I tend to be indecisive, helping me to understand what type of lenses worked for my lifestyle. Such a good experience! Was so excited to receive my glasses! Lauri helped me to understand what to expect and gave me some tips on getting use to them. And thank you for being so friendly and helpful!!

I’ve been a loyal Pearle Vision customer for the past three years, and this is the fourth pair of glasses I’ve purchased from them. The reason I keep coming back is the outstanding customer service provided by the entire team—especially the store manager, Tiffany Carreiro. From my very first visit, Tiffany has demonstrated exceptional professionalism, deep knowledge, and a genuine willingness to help. She answered all my questions thoroughly and guided me in selecting frames that perfectly matched my prescription. I never realized how many factors go into choosing the right frames, and Tiffany made the process easy and enjoyable. Over the years, I’ve visited several optical centers, from military facilities to big-name retailers, and without a doubt, Pearle Vision has delivered the best overall experience—top-quality lenses and frames, excellent service, and reliable follow-up care. I’m a strong advocate for great customer service, and Tiffany consistently provides it to every customer. She is the reason people return to update their prescriptions. Pearle Vision is fortunate to have her as a manager and leader at the NEX location. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly well-trained, which speaks to Tiffany’s leadership and the positive work environment she fosters. TIFFANY @ Pearle Vision, Navy Exchange Pearl Harbor, HI. On our recent visit 1 August 2026, we were pleasantly greeted by Tiffany whom we specifically explained what we needed. The fact that she listened to us, thoroughly explained all options we had, from frames, lenses, insurance, warranties, costs, etc., and didn’t rush me and my wife, set the foundation for a great and smooth visit to purchase our new frames and lenses. This location is quite convenient , perfectly situated and allows for easy access without having to deal with the hassle of having to enter the secured gates of Pearl Harbor. Lauri and Tiffany were angels! I'm going on a trip to the Philippines tomorrow, but ordered new glasses pretty last-minute (my bad guys 😭🙏). Anyway, I ordered the glasses last week. Lauri knew about my trip & told me that she'd try to get the glasses to me ASAP and she was NOT LYING. I'm talking somehow, someway they got it to me the day before my flight (which is way sooner than the glasses were supposed to arrive). Thank goodness for that because my vision is horrible and I didn't have any glasses at the time. She also helped me pick out my glasses because I'm really picky with the style. Tiffany took the time to meet with me today after her shift was over & the shop was closed; to deliver the glasses. I mean, the sun was already setting! The dedication is insane!! This lovely lady even brought tools to adjust my glasses if need-be. Absolute angels.

Tiffany took incredible care of both me and my mom when we came into the store. Everything went smoothly, everything fit perfectly and she serviced us with the best intentions in mind! If you’re ever needing assistance and you’re lucky to catch her in the store just know you are in the best of hands. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience! :)

Tina and Tiffany were wonderful! Came in to get my sunglasses repaired; one nose pad had come apart. Got a new set installed in under 5 minutes for about $10; glasses are like new, they even cleaned the lenses Highly recommend this shop!

Our whole eyeglass shopping experience from beginning to end was very informative and enjoyable. Great customer service from the start with Lihn explaining to me, my wife and daughter all the coverage options with my healthcare plan, cost savings, warranty, and their wide selection of frame styles. To the thorough and attentive eye for details by Tiffany at pick-up, making minor fit adjustments, to explaining to us how to properly clean and care for our new glasses. Tiffany even went so far as to explain to my wife - who purchased her first pair of progressive lenses - to be careful when wearing them as it takes some time getting adjusted to the depth perception when walking up or down stairs, or using an escalator!
