This is my first eye exam and prescription so didn’t know where to begin. Autumn and Lauri were so friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable and detailed in helping understand and decide what is right for me. They were very patient with me too as I tend to be indecisive, helping me to understand what type of lenses worked for my lifestyle. Such a good experience! Was so excited to receive my glasses! Lauri helped me to understand what to expect and gave me some tips on getting use to them. And thank you for being so friendly and helpful!!

The fact that she listened to us, thoroughly explained all options we had, from frames, lenses, insurance, warranties, costs, etc., and didn’t rush me and my wife, set the foundation for a great and smooth visit to purchase our new frames and lenses. This location is quite convenient , perfectly situated and allows for easy access without having to deal with the hassle of having to enter the secured gates of Pearl Harbor. Tiffany took incredible care of both me and my mom when we came into the store. Everything went smoothly, everything fit perfectly and she serviced us with the best intentions in mind! Tiffany at Pearle Vision in the Pearl Harbor NEX is phenomenal! She helped my husband and four of my kids find glasses, and we were in and out in about 45 minutes with five pairs purchased. She remembered our entire family from our visit the year before, despite the busy store, and quickly found frames for everyone. She knows her products and the ordering and measurement process exceptionally well. Tiffany also encouraged me to research vision insurance after I was shocked by the cost of glasses elsewhere. We followed her advice, and it saved our family thousands of dollars this year. If you need glasses, I highly recommend Pearle Vision at the Pearl Harbor NEX—especially Tiffany. She makes the process quick and easy.

Tina and Tiffany were wonderful! Came in to get my sunglasses repaired; one nose pad had come apart. Got a new set installed in under 5 minutes for about $10; glasses are like new, they even cleaned the lenses Highly recommend this shop!

Lauri was incredibly helpful to me and my family! She was very knowledgeable and helped us choose the glasses that were the best fit for my child’s prescription. She made the entire process easy and stress free. We had such a great experience, and I truly appreciate her excellent customer service.

Lauri and Tiffany were angels! I'm going on a trip to the Philippines tomorrow, but ordered new glasses pretty last-minute (my bad guys 😭🙏). Anyway, I ordered the glasses last week. Lauri knew about my trip & told me that she'd try to get the glasses to me ASAP and she was NOT LYING. I'm talking somehow, someway they got it to me the day before my flight (which is way sooner than the glasses were supposed to arrive). Thank goodness for that because my vision is horrible and I didn't have any glasses at the time. She also helped me pick out my glasses because I'm really picky with the style. Tiffany took the time to meet with me today after her shift was over & the shop was closed; to deliver the glasses. I mean, the sun was already setting! The dedication is insane!! This lovely lady even brought tools to adjust my glasses if need-be. Absolute angels.

Stopped by with my mom to get her new glasses adjusted. Tiffany greeted us immediately and was kind throughout the whole process. She adjust the frame with ease so that my mom felt comfortable with the fit. Tiffany also provided additional information to help my mom consider a more enhanced vision plan that would provide better frames and lenses.

Tiffany took great care of my son, he's very happy with his first pairs of glasses and she made that process incredibly smooth. She did this not as a person selling glasses but as a mom with active boys and fully understanding all the obstacles and living through them. I live over 16 miles away and ill keep coming here because of how helpful and professional they are at both the glasses purchase side and for yearly optometrist support. Both in house at the same location. This is a one stop shop.

We have been coming to Pearle Vision for six years for glasses and contacts for our whole family, and we truly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Tiffany always goes above and beyond, especially when we need glasses expedited or to hurry them for our child at college. She makes even complicated eyewear issues feel easy. Tina is equally delightful, patient, and incredibly helpful. They never rush us, and every visit feels warm and personal. Exceptional service, care, and quality every time!
