Curtis Broek, O.D.
Dr. Broek is originally from Sioux Center, Iowa. He has a B.S. from the University of Iowa. He attended Southern California College of Optometry, where he graduated with distinction. Dr. Broek has been an independent Doctor of Optometry next to Pearle Vision since 1984. He specializes in contact lenses, surgical co-management, and primary optometric care.
Dennis Haugland, O.D.
Dr. Haugland grew up in Boone, Iowa. He earned a B.S. degree from Buena Vista University. He attended University of Houston College of Optometry to obtain his Doctor Of Optometry degree. His specialties include contact lenses, therapeutic and primary care optometry, and surgical co-management. Dr. Haugland has been an independent Doctor of Optometry next to Pearle Vision in Ames since 1992.
John Broek, O.D.
Dr. John Broek, son of Curtis Broek, is a graduate of Urbandale High School. He earned his Bachelors of Science degree at the University of Iowa and went on to receive his Doctorate at Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago. He is well rounded in all areas of optometry, however, is especially interested in the management of ocular diseases, such as diabetes and glaucoma, contact lenses, low vision and primary optometric care. Dr. Broek joined the independent optometrists next to Pearle Vision in Ames in 2015.
